Terms and Conditions:

General

While every effort will be made to supply goods exactly as stated or shown, due to circumstances beyond our control and the seasonal nature of flowers, Big Buds reserves the right to substitute goods of a similar quality and value.
2.
Where any promotional offer states ‘Free delivery’, unless otherwise specified, this means complimentary delivery within 5km drive of the store.
3.
All our advertised offers are to be redeemed singularly and none of them is to be used in conjunction with any other.
4. Any Big Buds discount card can only be redeemed for normal price goods, not against any advertised special, promotional offer or sale stock
5. By joining the Big Buddies club, members agree to remain subscribed for a minimum of 12 months, after which time they can opt out of any marketing contact from Big Buds
6. Monthly minimum order value for the Corporate Frequent Flower program is calculated from the actual flower value, excluding any additional items or delivery charges
7. Alcohol delivery is subject to state liquor laws. By ordering alcohol you confirm that the recipient is 18 years or older.

Big Buds does not warrant that product descriptions or images on this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If you believe any of our products is not as described, please see our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Returns and Refunds:

1.
Returns and Refunds: in the event that you are not completely satisfied with your delivery, we ask that you contact us immediately so that the situation can be assessed and if deemed necessary, a refund can be made to the creditcard that was used to make the purchase.
2.
Cancellations: in the case of a cancellation, an order that has not yet been made can be cancelled without penalty. An order that has been made but not left the premises will be refunded 50% of the initial order value. An order that has already been despatched cannot be cancelled.
3.
In the event that delivery cannot be made due to an error of the customer, an extra delivery fee will be payable, the amount of which is subject to the delivery location. If the error is on the part of a Big Buds staff member, there is no extra charge.
